Where others see cables, racks and a dozen unconnected systems, I see the finished result. I assemble it, choose the people and carry it through to handover. I answer for the whole, not for my part of it. Yachts, residences, business.
01Two worlds, one architect
Twenty years on the border between two worlds, and I know both from the inside. Systems rarely fail on their own. The joint between them fails, where the AV engineer, the network engineer and the programmer part ways and each of them is right about their own piece. I stand on that joint and explain both sides in plain words, the owner’s side included.
Physical and engineered systems
- Control
- AMX, Crestron, RTI, iRidi, Lutron, KNX Certified
- Building
- Lighting, climate, blinds, scenes. Multimedia inside the same control logic, not on a separate remote.
- Audio and cinema
- Multi‑room and professional cinema. Digital processing and audio matrices, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X calibration.
- Video
- HDMI matrices and video over IP, on any of the platforms above.
- Networks
- LAN and seamless Wi‑Fi, VLANs, VPN, CCTV, IP telephony. Starlink and cellular on Peplink: installation, configuration, channel bonding. I configure it myself, and bring in a network specialist where one is needed.
Software products and infrastructure
- AI and automation
- Assistants trained on your own data and documents. A knowledge base instead of a folder of files. Telegram bots. End to end process automation on n8n.
- Mobile
- Development for iOS and Android.
- Web
- Sites, client portals and control panels, from the interface to the database.
- Infrastructure and DevOps
- Hosting, updates without downtime, backups, uptime monitoring.

02What I take on
Audit and written opinion
I come to the property and record what is actually there: racks, cable runs, network, accounts, backups. You get drawings, an equipment register and a list of what to fix first. Part of the work is done remotely, with no visit. Yacht, residence or apartment
New systems
Designed from scratch to the brief and the budget: equipment selection, control logic, the interface on the tablet, commissioning and handover
Rebuild and recovery
Control logic, interfaces and networks written again when the previous integrator has gone and the system is locked. Sound hardware stays where it is: you pay for the work, not for replacing equipment that still runs. A breakdown is often cleared remotely, the same day, with nobody flying out
Owner’s representative
Many contractors, one owner. I take the talking on myself: your wishes turned into scopes of work, AV, network, electrics and joinery brought into one solution, meetings held, proposals checked before they reach you. You speak to me, I speak to everyone else
Software and AI
Work done by hand today (requests, correspondence, reports, searching through documents) becomes software. An assistant trained on your data answers from your own manuals, a bot takes requests, the process runs itself. Your own app when you need your own interface
You can start small: one zone, one audit, one written opinion. Look at the result, then decide whether to go on. If you do, the first job counts towards the total.

- 02I propose a sequence that gets to the result: stages, timing, cost
- 03I take the contractors on. You speak to me, I put it to the rest of them in their own language
- 04I document as the work goes, not afterwards: what is installed, where, and how it is set up
- 05I hand the system over: accounts, passwords and documentation with the owner, the crew trained
- 06I stay reachable. Service contracts and remote support with a fast answer
